The Commissioner serves as the highest authority within the San Andreas State Troopers, overseeing all departmental operations, policies, and long-term vision. The Commissioner ensures the agency remains aligned with its mission and maintains the highest standards of leadership and professionalism.

The Chief is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all divisions function effectively and efficiently. The Chief works closely with Command Staff to implement policies, oversee enforcement strategies, and maintain departmental discipline.
Assistant Chief Cora Carter
The Assistant Chief supports the Chief in managing department operations and oversees internal coordination between divisions. They play a critical role in maintaining structure, addressing internal matters, and ensuring consistency across the agency.
High Command consists of senior leadership responsible for supervising divisions, enforcing policy, and guiding personnel development.
